Shipping & Delivery
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours - dependent on stock availability. Please note that some orders may need to be signed for on delivery.
- Products that contain liquid, or gas, now cannot be sent to countries via airmail, if you have ordered liquid items from outside the UK you will be refunded and this could delay your order. For multiple item orders we will, whenever possible, send the orders complete and in one consignment - unless requested to do otherwise.
- Special Next day by 9.30am delivery options are available if your order is placed before 1.30pm over the phone.

- We place the utmost importance in protecting our customer data, Information received will never be exchanged to third parties for any reason, and we will maintain our website security and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Returns & Replacements
- We understand the nature of our products may not always be suitable or as expected, in these cases we offer a no quibble refund policy (excluding any delivery charges). Returned items must be in new unused condition to qualify for a complete refund. Arrangements must be made prior to sending goods back to us, and include your name address and order number to be accepted, please send details to email firstname.lastname@example.org
- You have 14 days from receiving an order to post it back to us, once received we will process your refund as soon as possible, please note it can take 3-10 days for your bank to process your refund. In any cases where Europa Spares are proven to be at fault from either sending incorrect items or quantities (a full refund including delivery charges will be offered) Should your goods be damaged in transit as a result of inadequate packaging or poor handling we will offer a direct replacement where applicable.
- Damaged goods must be returned. Upon receipt of damaged goods, we will then issue a replacement, and re-fund delivery charges incurred by the customer. Special order or custom made item(s) are non-refundable, however to ensure customer satisfaction we will review special cases individually, and help wherever possible with an unwanted purchase at no additional costs to Europa Spares.
- Please ensure any measurements or specifications on custom items are correct, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information, Europa Spares will not be held accountable for mistakes made directly by the customer.
- Search for your item(s) using the menu navigation or search using our part numbers or keyword description, once you have found what you’re looking for simply add to the shopping cart and when you’re done hit the checkout button to be guided through to payment and delivery options.
- If you have used our new shop before you will be able to login to make things even quicker. Your order experience is highly important to us, should you have any difficulty throughout the order process please contact us and let us know.
- Orders are accepted via email, telephone or through our online shop, all payment gateways are safe and secure.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept all major credit/debit cards, payment via PayPal or bank transfers, we also accept cheque or postal orders for the correct amount including postage charges. Product prices may increase or decrease at any time, and may also differ from advertised.
- Our annual product catalogue prices will be accurate at the time of print and subject to change. Promotions may or may not exclude selected items such as seats or windscreens, any discounts offered in a promotion will be applied to your order excluding delivery charges, If you have purchased item(s) where we are unable to offer the level of discount in a promotion you will be informed and offered our best level of discount and given the chance to amend or cancel your order.
- To view any pending orders or delivery status please access your on-line customer account, using the email and password you provided when setting up your account or making your purchase, login feature can be accessed at the top of our website.
Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information once you are logged or view any wish list. If you have forgotten your login details, please click forgotten password on the login page to be sent a recovery password, for any other account information issues please don’t hesitate to contact us.
