Question: What can I do if my products arrive damaged?
Answer: In the unfortunate event that you goods have arrived damaged, Inform us as soon as possible, via telephone 01283 815 609 or email us at email@example.com to make us aware of the situation, you will then need to send the damaged item back to us, including a covering note to provide us with your details and order information, and we will despatch a replacement as soon as possible.

Question: I have ordered Cobra signature seats and they don’t fit in my vehicle, what can I do?
Answer: Cobra signature seats are a made to order item so each new order is as unique as the next, made to the customers requirements, and not normally returnable, in the event that this has happened we will look at each case individually and try to either send them back to the supplier or stock the item, for a future sale, please note if the supplier accepts return of goods there may be a handling charge, our advice is to be certain all measurements are correct in the first instance.
Question: I have ordered a stocked item and it has not arrived yet?
Answer: When a stocked item has been sold out we automatically order a new batch, different suppliers have varied lead time on our orders depending on the nature of the product this is usually 3 to 10 working days, if you have been waiting for your order longer than this let us know, and we will track your goods.
